How do I add products to the shopping cart?
You can add products to the shopping cart using the "Buy" or "Add to cart" buttons. You can buy several downloads in one go by clicking the tick boxes next to the description & then the "Add to cart" button at the bottom of the page. If you are using this feature then you will need repeat this on each page you buy from.

When is the product in the shopping cart?
Once you have clicked on the "Add to Cart" button to place the product in your shopping cart, you will then be redirected to the shopping cart page. You can then edit you current products located in your cart and also remove them if you wish.

How do I get to the checkout?
First go to the shopping cart using the link on the top of every page. Once you are on the shopping cart page you can then click on the "Order Now" button. You can then go on and enter your payment details & complete the order process.

How do I use the new Quick Cart feature?
First go to the shopping cart using the link on the top of every page. The Quick Cart is displayed, here you can quickly and easily redeem your Coupons, use a e-giftcard and if you know the product part numbers add them to the basket without browsing our website. When you redeem a Coupon or e-giftcard the details will be displayed and the discount or credit will appear on the next page. You can usually redeem only one code per order.

How do I check the delivery charges?
First add the items to your cart you wish to find delivery charges for, then locate the shopping cart button at the top of any page, now click on the "Order Now " button which will take you to the checkout page where the charges are displayed.

Will you confirm my order has been received?
When you order online we will send you a copy by email. When we have checked, accepted and processed it we will send you an Order Confirmation email. When we have dispatched your order we'll also confirm dispatch by email.

Can I track my order? Has it been dispatched?
You can check the status of your order by clicking into the "View Orders" section in your account. Just log in and view any order, you can view a summary or full details. If you ordered without registering this option is not available to you.

My order has not yet arrived?
Please contact  us via the
Contact Us page if your order has not been received within a reasonable time. For UK mainland orders you should allow 3-5 Days and for Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland & Islands 5-10 days.

An item is missing from my delivery?
Please contact us if your order is incomplete or incorrect and we will be pleased to sort it out for you.

When will my backorder arrive?
Your product will be dispatched as soon as we receive the product from one of our suppliers. If the item is later than expected, please contact us via the
Contact Us page. It is very rare for an item to be on backorder as our site does not let you buy an out of stock product and this usually applies to replacements.

How do I create an account?
Use the
Register link at the top of the page and complete the simple online form, if you have registered on eBay please enter the information in the boxes provided. You can also click on the advertising banners. By registering before you order you will have access to your order information, online tracking, special offers and discounts.

I have forgotten my password?
Click on the Login link at the top of every page and then click on the Forgot Your  Password? link. Enter your email address which the account was created with and an email reminder will be sent. If it is blank then you will need to contact us so we will delete any duplicate accounts.

Do you dispatch world wide?
No, we currently only send orders to the United Kingdom. Sometimes we may ask for additional information to confirm identity and to help prevent online fraud.

When will my order be dispatched?
On every product details page you will see "availability" which will specify the current estimated dispatch time for that product.
It is very rare for an item to be on backorder as our site does not let you buy an out of stock product.

Product Pricing information?
All prices on our website are guaranteed to be fair and accurate in our industry, they will not change from the time of your order to the time you pay. If you save a shopping cart we will automatically update it with the current prices for you. We do not offer a price match service, however please feel free to contact us.

What is your Privacy Policy?
We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out in our Privacy Policy. We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation from time to time in place. 

Is the web site secure?
Our site is a Thawte Secure Site and holds a valid Certificate. Thawte is a leader in the Internet security industry. We employ 128-Bit SSL encryption to protect sensitive data and transactions. Whenever you enter personal information, the secure padlock will be displayed and your information secured.

How do I return a faulty product?
Returning a product is simple and easy, there are no forms to complete or returns number to apply for. For details please see Warranty & Support page. All returns can be tracked on our
Contact Us page.

How do I pay for my order?
We use HSBC, PayPal and Google Checkout as our payment partners, you can pay by credit card including VISA, MasterCard & Bank debit card including Maestro, by a bank transfer or by PayPal balance. You do not need a PayPal account to pay.

I have a general question?

We are here to help you with the products you buy from us and general advice for you. If you need support just contact us, we will usually answer within 24 hours, you can find all the contact information using the link at the bottom of every page.

When will my credit card be debited?
Your credit card is debited when you complete your purchase and you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a copy of your order by email. When we have processed your order we will send you an automated email confirmation, please do not reply to the email. When we have dispatched you'll order we'll also send a confirmation email. If there are any problems we will contact you.

I need a receipt/invoice?
Our Order Confirmation email is also your receipt/invoice. You will also receive a payment receipt when you complete the order process. We are sorry we cannot issue duplicate receipts/invoices.

There are many ways to navigate our website and find what you are looking for, the product range has been split into five main categories and then split into small, easier to navigate subcategories. You can also search our site.
